HOW CAN I ORDER SAMPLES?
Samples can be ordered directly through each product page on our website. Trade pricing and sample limits are automatically calculated once you log into your trade account.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. For international orders, please emailinfo@lilyessentials.comwith your delivery address and required quantities, and our team will provide a custom shipping quote.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?
While we do not operate a traditional showroom, samples are available to order online, and we strongly encourage reviewing samples prior to placing a full order. Samples ship quickly, and our team is always available by phone or email to answer any questions about our tiles.
HOW MUCH OVERAGE SHOULD I ORDER?
We recommend ordering 15-20% overage for all tiles to allow for layout curation, cuts, breakage, and natural variation in color, tone, and surface texture.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
At this time, warehouse pickup is not available. All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.
